Coming 2027

Know where your pay is really going.

Grady keeps a history of your pay and puts it in context: against inflation, against the market for your role, and against the tax thresholds that quietly catch people out. Ask Grady about your pay, in plain English.

Grady is a UK app for iPhone and Android, launching in 2027. Questions? Email hello@gradypay.co.uk.

Ask Grady Example

Did my last pay rise actually beat inflation?

Yes. Your April rise put you ahead of inflation for the first time in two years. People in your role are being offered a bit more, though, so it's worth a look before your next review.

Did you know?

Earning just over £100,000 can mean a 60% tax rate on part of your pay.

Above £100,000, you lose £1 of your tax-free Personal Allowance for every £2 you earn. Most people only find out when it has already cost them. Grady shows you when you're close.

The £100,000 taper

Your tax-free allowance shrinks as pay goes past £100,000.

High Income Child Benefit Charge

Starts to claw Child Benefit back once the higher earner's income goes over £60,000.

Student loans and pension

How each pay rise changes what actually reaches your bank.

Free to start

Every payslip checked is free, always. Grady Plus adds more, such as your full payslip history, year-end checks and proof of income. Details will be shared closer to launch.
