About
About Grady
Grady is a UK app for your pay history. It checks every payslip, then shows how your pay is growing against inflation and the market.
What Grady does
- Reads a payslip from a photo or PDF and checks it line by line against the UK tax rules, such as income tax, National Insurance, student loan and pension.
- Keeps a history of your pay and shows how it compares with inflation and with published pay ranges for your kind of job.
- Points out tax thresholds that a rise could take you towards, such as the £100,000 allowance taper and the Child Benefit charge.
- Answers questions about your own pay in plain English, using figures the app has worked out.
What Grady doesn't do
Grady gives you information, not financial advice. It never recommends a financial product or tells you what to do with your money. Where there are choices to make, Grady shows you the facts and can point you to free, independent guidance such as MoneyHelper.
Status
Grady is being built now and is expected to launch in 2027 for iPhone and Android. It is for people aged 18 and over.
